Hot Green Pepper Jam
Hors d'oeuvres idea: serve with cream cheese on a cracker mix with cream cheese and use as a dip.
Great with steaks off the grill
Lightly brush on chicken as your grill, or on veggies!
Mix 1/2 cup cream cheese, 1/2 cup sour cream, 1/4 cup hot pepper jam. Use as a veggie dip.

Garlic Jam
Use as a glaze over chicken breasts or pork line before roasting.
Serve with meat as you would mint jelly with lamb.
Serve over grilled veggies or on salt potatoes.
Hors d'oeuvres: with crackers, mixed with cream cheese and use as a dip.
Great on a turkey sandwich!

Apricot Jalapeno Jam
Hors d'oeuvres idea: serve with cream cheese on a cracker mix with cream cheese and use as a dip.
Serve over ham or other meats.
Great combination of flavors.

Red Hot Pepper Jam
Hors d'oeuvres idea: serve with cream cheese on a cracker or mixed with cream cheese as a dip.
Serve with roast beef or venison. Add to barbecue sauce for added zip.

Horseradish Jam
Great as an hors d'oeuvres on a cracker. Serve with roast beef or venison like you would mint jelly with lamb.

Red Raspberry Hot Pepper Jam
Hors d'oeuvres idea: serve on cream cheese on a cracker mix with cream cheese and use a dip.
Serve over a wage of blue cheese -- serve slices on cracker -- out of this world! You were taste buds will love it!
Raspberry Dressing with Crumbly Bleu Cheese
1/2 cup olive oil
one cup cider vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup red raspberry hot Pepper jam
Mix well and serve over favorite tossed salad with crumbly Bleu cheese

Ice Cream Delights
 Spoon your favorite flavor over vanilla ice cream for an incredible treat. Try heating the jam as well, or dollop on top of ice cream and hot fudge! Perhaps even a few nuts on top... The possibilities are endless!

Apricot Glazed Chicken
 Marinate chicken breasts in Italian Salad Dressing for at least 2 hours before cooking. Preheat oven to about 350. Baste with Apricot Jam and pop in the oven. Chicken should take about an hour to cook. Baste intermittently throughout the hour, till rich golden brown. 

Flavored Fish
 Instead of tartar sauce with fish, try a spicy dipping sauce made with marmalade or peach jam and prepared hot mustard.

Pancakes or Waffles
 Here is one to replace the same old maple syrup. Try heating one of you favorite berry jams and mixing in a few fresh berries! 

Jelly Rolls
 Layer slices of pound cake with jam for a splendid easy dessert.

Sweet-N-Sour Sauce
 combine 1/2 cup of jam, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce and 1/2 cup wine vinegar. Simmer 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Spread over chicken, pork, rice, and vegetables. 

Hot, Hot Pepper Jam and Turbo Charged Jam
Hors d'oeuvres idea: serve over cream cheese on a cracker or mix jam with cream cheese and use as a dip.
A little jam on top of a good Cheddar cheese and/or beef stick on a cracker, give it a little ZIP!
Use as a ham glaze or serve with steak for roast beef; also good with grilled veggies.

Onion Jelly
Great addition to a weekend breakfast, serve on whole-grain toast with fried eggs.
Use as a glaze to meats or serve with meat as you would mint jelly with lamb.

Cranberry Horseradish Jam
Serve over Brie cheese -- -- warmed or cold. Great!
Cranberry Horseradish Grill: spread generously on slice of sourdough bread. ADD one ounce of good deli turkey, slice of cheese, American or Provolone, top with another slice of sourdough bread. Butter the top and bottom of sandwich and grill on griddle or skillet. Cook over medium heat to heat sandwich contents and bread is golden brown.
Zappy Salad Dressing: 1/2 cup salad oil (canola or olive)
One cup vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup cranberry horseradish jam
Mix well; serve over your favorite tossed salad.

Spiced Tomato Jam
Use as a regular fruited jam, great on English muffins or homemade biscuits.
Tastes like something our grandmothers would have served, sweet spices, cinnamon, cloves and allspice.

Hot Salsa Jam
Hors d'oeuvres idea: serve with cream cheese on a cracker, mix with cream cheese and use as a dip.
Serve on hot dogs or sausages instead of ketchup.
French dressing with a ZIP:
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup hot salsa jam
One cup oil
Blend in blender then refrigerate. Serve on your favorite tossed salad.
Great on fresh garden tomatoes.

Pineapple Pepper Jam
Hors d'oeuvres idea: serve with cream cheese on a cracker or mix with cream cheese to use as a dip.
This is widely used by those who do not like hot or use 1/2 plus 1/2 with a hot Pepper jam, but will not be as hot as the hot alone.
Meat glaze: mixed fresh chopped mint or any other herb. Use as meat glaze or with grilled fish.

Lemon or Orange Marmalade or Orange Crush
(made with ginger)
4 top loin pork chops
1 tablespoon lemon pepper
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1/3 cup marmalade
#1 Brush shops with a little oil and sprinkle with lemon pepper. #.2 heat skillet, medium heat, brown well. #3 Lower heat, carefully add vinegar and marmalade. Cooking and stirring up any brown bits on pan. #4 Add pork chops back to pan, turning once to coat. Serve chops with any sauce remaining.

Veggie Pizzazz
 Stir sweet potatoes or carrots with 1/4 cup of apricot or peach jams.

Banana Raspberry Tort
 mmmm.. This is one of my favorite! Bake a banana flavored cake. Layer slices of cake alternately with raspberry jam and cream cheese icing. Finish the decorating with cream cheese and a few fresh raspberries on top for the most delicious tort.
