This Jam is from the lady I apprenticed under. She started her first Christmas jam with a strawberry base, when strawberry season was through, it was peach season! This second Christmas Jam was then made with a peach base. Ingredients include peaches, pineapple, apricots, oranges, cherries, golden raisins, and pecans!! A must have for the holidays!
