Grab a biscuit and enjoy over 140 of our home-made jams, jellies, marmalades and preserves. We make our products here in Branchport, NY near the shores of Keuka Lake in the heart of New York State's beautiful Finger Lakes region. Our neighbors include grape growers, wine makers and hard working farmers. All our products are made from farm-fresh produce grown by us and our neighbors.

Traditional, Unusual and Hard-to-find Jams, Jellies and Preserves
Nordic Farms is owned by Dick and Noreen Whitney. Noreen, who has been making jams and jellies for over 40 years, has skillfully perfected heirloom recipes as well as developing delicious new ones. She makes each batch by hand.
While she makes all the traditional favorites, some of her more unusual varieties include Queen Ann's Lace Jelly (a delicate, light jelly with a hint of lemon - lovely on fresh biscuits); Garlic Jam (great on crackers as an hors d'ouvre), and our delicious Red Raspberry Hot Pepper Jam (fantastic atop a wheel of melted Brie). Among our bestsellers is her Southern Peach Jam made with local peaches and Southern Comfort whiskey and Turbo Charged Hot Jam made with a double dose of habanero peppers!
By using the Finger Lake’s incredible bounty of fruits, Noreen is able to make an extensive variety of products including hard-to-find jams and many old-time favorites. She also makes use of Finger Lakes wines, incorporating them into many of her recipes. Whatever kind of jam, jelly, marmalade or preserve you are looking for, you are sure to find it here! Nordic Farms Jams & Jellies are available online; at area gift shops, farm stands and wineries; at regional farmers markets and at our Nordic Farms store, 3326 Parker Rd., Branchport, NY. The store is open Tuesday and Thursdays, or by appointment (315-595-8803). In our store you will find an additional selection of pickles, relishes, salsas, applesauce and granolas, as well as our own free-range, non-GMO eggs and pasture-raised beef.
